How can I watch the video guide again?

Once you purchase a video guide, you have access to it forever. Keep your purchase e-mail you received; that will have all the information you need to go back to the page to watch the video. Also, you can always download our videos right to your computer. The downloadable version is in higher quality than the web version and you can access it anytime you want. If you choose to download the video, it will be compressed in a ZIP file. To open it, just right click it, then select extract all.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is the merchant service we use to process our orders. When you go to download our video guide, you will be transferred to our PayPal page. You do NOT need a PayPal account, we just use PayPal as a secure means to protect the financial information of our customers. How do I watch the video guide?

After your purchase our video guide, you will be immediately redirected to our secure video page. Click on the provided link on this page and you will get to choose whether you want to download the video guide to your computer or watch it right now on the web. Downloading the video guide can take up to 30 minutes depending on your connection. The file is compressed as a ZIP; depending on your operating system, you can right click the folder, and click "Extract All" or just open the folder and open up the Video Guide.
